From the airport pick up to drop off the staff at Pedras Secas were amaizing! They were friendly and very helpful, always smiling and ready to chat. We had some issues with foreign cards not working in Brazil and they went out there way to find us a solution. We stayed in the mezzanine suit which was fantastic and reccomended for a small family or young couple who want some space and a bit luxury. They provide a decent breakfast and put on afternoon tea which we enjoyed. The location was perfect just a short 5-10 min walk form the main village/beach and easy access to buses and taxi to get to the other beaches on the island. Fernado is beautiful anyone thinking of going, stop thinking just go!

I recently had a fantastic 5-night stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service, even arranging a buggy for us. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and the added bonus of several English TV channels. The location of the hotel in the hills of the village was perfect, allowing for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided each day was delicious with a wide variety of options.
No negatives, everything was perfect.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. the breakfast was fresh and varied, with delicious juices. the location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the local attractions.
The water pressure in the shower was weak, which impacted the quality of the shower experience. the noise level from neighboring rooms could be heard, which impacted our sleep quality slightly.

Perfect located in the hills of the village the pousada gives a amazing view over the bay and the Pico. A good starting point for tours by buggy or a walk in the village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and delicous tea hours with biscuits, cakes and sandwiches in the afternoon. Beach towels, umbrellas and beach sun shades are provided. Rooms are very clean and spacious enough. We travelled with our 1 year son which felt absolutely happy there. We can definitely recommend the pousada to our couples or families. One tip extra: Instead of guided trips it's better to rent a buggy, since the island is not that big or complicated, and thus you have some independence.
could be cheaper, but everything on Fernando de Norronha is expensive... And therefore it's a good bargain for money...

The hotel provided free beach towels and chairs which was a great convenience for our city trip. The location was spot on with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that the staff was friendly and provided great service, always offering help when needed.
The wifi signal wasn't strong and at times we weren't able to connect. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, as we were able to hear neighbors chatting and walking around in the corridor which disrupted our sleep.

The place is somewhat well-situated for anyone who enjoys being in proximity to local restaurants and beaches. the breakfast is mostly enjoyable, with a few good options. the tea time at the end of the day is a nice touch.
The rooms are either cramped or overlook heavy foliage, impinging on the view. Keep in mind that the internet connection doesn't seem to work well either.
